Returns & Refunds Policy

What is covered?

We accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

  • If we delivered a Wrong Product 
  • If we delivered a Damaged Product

In both of the above cases, you are eligible for a full refund (back to the original payment source or store credit, based on your preference) or an exchange for the same product.

 

What is not covered?

  • Size Exchanges: Sorry, we do not accept exchange requests for sizes currently. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
  • Color Accuracy: Please note that colors on printed materials may slightly differ from what you see on screens.
  • Wrong Address Provided: The customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs incurred, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

  

How to submit a Return Request ?

To be eligible for a return, please follow the steps below:

Unboxing Video

  • Please record a video when unboxing your package and send it to us to verify you received a damaged product. 

Courier Package Damage

  • If you notice any damage to the package upon receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remarks/comments section when signing off with the courier person.
  • Please take a video/picture of the damaged packaging when receiving the courier.

Report Within 72 Hours

  • Any claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

Provide the Following while filing claim. Please send these to injelloindia@gmail.com

 

  • The unboxing video (in case of damaged product)
  • A video/picture of the damaged courier packaging (if applicable)

     

    Upon successful verification of your claim, we will contact you. We may request the following, so keep the product packaging with you and do not throw them away.

    • A clear image of the product label attached to the damaged product.
    • A clear image of the courier packaging label 

    Please note, claim verification can take upto 7 days. 

    You may then request either a replacement or a refund (back to the original payment source or store credit, as per your preference).
