Returns & Refunds Policy

What is covered?

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If we shipped or delivered the wrong product (incorrect size or incorrect print).
    or
  • Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged.

In both of the above cases, you are eligible for a full refund (back to the original payment source or store credit, based on your preference) or an exchange for the same product.


What is not covered?

  • Size Exchanges: We do not accept exchange requests for sizes. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
  • Color Accuracy: We do not accept returns or exchanges for color discrepancies. Please note that colors on printed materials may slightly differ from what you see on screens due to variations in display settings.
  • Wrong Address Provided: We are not responsible for returns, redeliveries, or refunds if an incorrect address was provided during checkout. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

  

How to submit a Return Request ?

To be eligible for a return, please follow the steps below:

Unboxing Video

  • Please record a video when unboxing your package. Without it, we cannot verify if the product was received in a damaged state, and refunds or replacements may not be possible.

    Report Within 72 Hours

    • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

    Courier Package Damage

    • If you notice any damage to the package upon receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remarks/comments section when signing off with the courier person. Please take a video/picture of the damaged packaging when receiving the courier.

    Provide the Following while filing claim

    • The unboxing video (in case of damaged product)
    • A clear image of the product label attached to the damaged product.
    • A clear image of the courier packaging label 
    • A video/picture of the damaged courier packaging (if applicable)

      Upon successful verification of your claim, we will contact you. You may then request either a replacement or a refund (back to the original payment source or store credit, as per your preference). This request must be made within 5 days of our contact after verification.
