Returns & Refunds Policy

What is covered?

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • If we delivered a Wrong Product 
  • If we delivered a Damaged Product

In both of the above cases, you are eligible for a full refund (back to the original payment source or store credit, based on your preference) or an exchange for the same product.

 

What is not covered?

  • Size Exchanges: Sorry, we do not accept exchange requests for sizes currently. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
  • Color Accuracy: Please note that colors on printed materials may slightly differ from what you see on screens.
  • Wrong Address/Phone Number Provided: The customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs incurred, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

  

How to submit a Return Request ?

To be eligible for a return, please provide us the following:

A. Unboxing Video

  • Please record a video when unboxing your package and send it to us to verify you received a damaged product. 

B. Packaging

  • Please send us the bill/barcode photos present on the packaging. Please keep all the packaging untill the claim is settled.

C. Courier Package Damage

  • If you notice any damage to the package upon receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remarks/comments section when signing off with the courier person.
  • Please take a video/picture of the damaged packaging when receiving the courier.

Report Within 72 Hours

  • Any claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
